Our Mission
To make essential calculations — taxes, loans, health metrics, conversions — accessible to every Indian, regardless of background or technical ability. No paywalls. No spammy ads. No data harvesting. Just genuinely useful tools, built with care, available to anyone who needs them.
Our story
This site began as a personal frustration. After spending years watching small business owners, freelancers, and everyday people struggle with online tax calculators that were either confusing, full of intrusive ads, or required signups — I decided to build something better.
The first version of GST Calculator India was a weekend project. A clean form, instant calculation, no signup. I shared it on a few forums, expecting maybe a hundred users. Within a month, it had thousands. People weren't asking for fancy features — they just wanted something that worked, looked decent, and didn't waste their time.
That moment shaped the philosophy that runs every tool on this site: build the simplest version that works perfectly, and give it away free.
What I focus on
Over the years, I've narrowed down to two areas where I can add the most value:
- Finance tools — GST calculators, EMI calculators, income tax estimators, SIP returns, retirement planners. Tools that help people understand their money without needing a CA on speed dial.
- Healthcare tools — BMI calculators, BMR estimators, calorie trackers, ideal weight calculators. Quick, accurate, and free — because health information shouldn't be locked behind paywalls.

Started as a freelance web developer
Began building websites and tools for small businesses across India. Learned the hard way that simple beats fancy.
India rolls out GST
Watched small business owners struggle with the new tax system. Built my first GST calculator as a free utility for them.
Pivoted to free tools full-time
Decided to focus entirely on building free finance and healthcare tools. Quality over quantity, always.
Crossed 50,000 monthly users
Word-of-mouth growth. No paid ads, no SEO tricks — just tools that work, shared by people who trust them.
GST 2.0 — Major rewrite
Completely rebuilt the GST calculator for the new 2025 reform. Added the new 40% slab, simplified the UI, and improved mobile experience.

If a tool takes more than 2 seconds to load or 3 seconds to give a result, it's broken. Speed is respect for your time.
Accuracy Is Non-Negotiable
Every calculator is verified against official sources, manually tested, and updated when laws change.
Privacy by Default
Calculations happen in your browser. No data is sent to any server. Your numbers belong to you, period.
Mobile First, Always
Most users come from phones. Every tool is designed mobile-first and tested on real devices, not just browser DevTools.
Free, Forever
No paywalls, no premium tiers, no signup walls. If something is useful, it should be available to everyone.
Built to Last
I maintain every tool I publish. If laws change, the tool updates. If something breaks, it gets fixed within 48 hours.
