6Accuracy of Calculations & Information

We strive to keep the Service accurate and up-to-date with the latest GST Council notifications. The mathematical operations performed by the calculator are deterministic and exact — given the inputs you provide, the outputs are correct arithmetic.

However, you must understand:

  • Classification disputes: The applicability of specific GST rates to specific goods or services can be disputed. Always verify the correct rate for your particular product or service.
  • Law changes: GST rates, rules, and exemptions change. While we update the calculator, there may be a lag between an official change and our update.
  • Edge cases: Unusual transaction structures (mixed supplies, composite supplies, special economic zones, etc.) may require professional interpretation.
  • Educational content: Articles, FAQs, and explanations are provided for general understanding, not as legal or tax advice.
📋
Always Verify with a Professional

For official invoicing, GST returns, audits, or any business-critical decisions, please consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or refer to the official CBIC portal. Never rely solely on a free online tool for compliance-grade work.
